IHS has a healthy portfolio of commercial customers throughout the County.  Some examples of the types of commercial work we undertake include:

We carry out both small and large projects in all kinds of environments, from building sites to plush offices, schools etc.

All of our staff are highly skilled, providing a professional finish in a timely manner.  All staff are responsible individuals who work in a positive, helpful manner.  We aim to work with the client and/or Site Foreman and alongside other tradesmen onsite for the benefit of the project. 

We are registered with Construction Skills, the Contractor's Industry Scheme, and have Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance in place.  Employees hold CSCS cards and meet health and safety requirements.

We welcome the opportunity to provide competitive quotations and responses to Tenders for all types of commercial work throughout Cornwall.  IHS is currently an Approved Contractor for the following organisations:

• Coastline Housing

• Detailed plans.

• Bill of Quantities (if available).

• Paint finish specification.

• Any special requirements.

• Details of proposed project timescales.

• Deadline for receiving the completed tender response.
